Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Baglify.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
• The product is damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
• Used products
• Items damaged after use
• Products without original packaging
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or exchange depending on product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
